What you can do when you access your account:

- Verify your balance
With calling cards, if you don’t use the card it expires after a while, and you lose what you had left on the card. With NewFone your balance never expires, even if you don’t use it for a while! At any time you can access your account to check your balance, and every time you make a call, NewFone also tells you your balance.
- Verify your call details
At any time you can access your account and see a list of all the calls you made, the duration of each call, and how much you were charged for the call. It is like having a detailed bill or invoice for your account which you can check any time.
- Recharge your own account
When you access your account, you can recharge it by making a credit card or PayPal payment, which will be immediately credited to your account. You can also get a “bonus” or “free NewFone dollars” if you make a payment of $25 or more! Click here for details.
- Recharge other NewFone accounts
If you have money in your NewFone account, you can use it to recharge other NewFone accounts (your friends, family or clients). That way, you can even sell recharges to NewFone clients who don’t have a credit card or PayPal account!
- Add/change/delete telephone numbers
When you create a NewFone account, you enter a telephone number. That telephone number is your account number. It is also the telephone number you can use to make NewFone calls. When you access your account, you can add up to four additional telephone numbers, and these additional phone numbers can be used to make NewFone calls on your account.
For instance, if you create your account with your home phone number, then you can also add your cell phone, your spouse phone, your kids phones etc, so that you can use your cell phone as well, and your spouse and kids can also make calls using your account.
You can even add phone numbers in other provinces or countries. For instance, if you live in Miami and you have a brother in Montreal, a sister in New York and your uncle in London, you can add their phone numbers to your NewFone account. That way, when they dial the Montreal, New York or London local access numbers (click for list) they can make low rate NewFone calls using your account!

Indicate a REFERENCE when you create an account !

When you recommend the NewFone service to a somebody, don’t forget to ask them to put your phone number (your NewFone account) as a Reference when they create their account. That way, you automatically get a 5% commission (posted to your account) whenever they recharge their account! You can also create NewFone accounts yourself for your family, friends, contacts and clients and put your phone number Reference to automatically get your 5% commission whenever they recharge their accounts!
